The Nation Builders Corp (NABCO) Secretariat in the Prestea-Huni-Valley Municipality has held training for 40 trainees who are going to undertake the National Digital Property Addressing System (NDPAS) Project. The NDPAS will help tag all immovable properties with an address plate that bears the Name of the street, the property number, and the Ghana post-digital address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Explaining\nthe purpose of the training, the Municipal NABCO Coordinator, Emmanuel Fosu\nsaid, the training will go a long way in helping the trainees to know how to\nuse the application and the hand-held devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the training will also help them to acquire a good communication skills so as to know how to communicate effectively in the field of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Fosu emphasized that the NDPAS is going to help to identify a particular location easily and conveniently and also replace the old way of giving direction.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advising the\ntrainees, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Peter Essaim Asante told the\ntrainees to pay effective attention to trainers and learn the procedures very\nwell in order to achieve the objectives of the project. He asked the trainees\nto comport themselves when they get to the field since they are the ambassadors\nfor the municipality and the nation as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0He emphasized that the trainees should desist from any unlawful act that will demine the image of the Assembly and their personality. He, however, called on the trainees to cease from parading themselves as an extraordinary individual who is above all people when they enter into a particular community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Esaim Asante told the trainees to advise the people to embrace the digitized project since that was the only way we can compete with the western world, he added that the digitized project will help to identify all properties being put to use in order to compact emergency crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
