She welcomed the officers and explained the roles and duties of all officers as civil service, public service, and local government workers. Madam Charlotte Essuman again talked about previous and current situations at the offices. She highlighted the ones that were assigned to all departments, appreciated them for their great effort in the previous<br>year\u2019s performance appraiser, and encourage them to work extra harder to help improve work output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"960\" src=\"http:\/\/phma.gov.gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FB_IMG_1679060178375.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2918\" srcset=\"https:\/\/phma.gov.gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FB_IMG_1679060178375.jpg 720w, https:\/\/phma.gov.gh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FB_IMG_1679060178375-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The municipal coordinating director, Mr. Emmanuel Gyan, urge officers to come on board with anyone who will be interested to be a driver, cleaner, and security, he again spoke about the overtime of workers especially drivers and security personnel, he also talked about the attitude of workers towards work and urge everyone to be punctual at work and asked workers to be stable at their offices and not to spread rumors. He moreover urged the national services personnel to abide by the rules and regulations of the organization and also check their way of dressing as they are preparing themselves for the permanent job market after their service. He finally spoke about the revenue mobilization and commended the good effort and strategies that were put on board to help the assembly achieve its target whilst appealing to all workers to spread the good name of the Assembly as an organization. Isaac Dasmani Ph.D. began by wishing everyone a happy new year. Dr. entreated everyone to be patient and work together as a team without feeling too big in serving whoever we work with in our various offices as junior officers.
