The Municipal Chief Executive for Prestea Huni-Valley, Hon.Isaac Dasmani(PhD) on Friday 24th June, 2022 stepped in for the board chairperson of the minerals commission and the founder of Wassa Hemaa
foundation; Lawyer Barbara Oteng Gyesi, to cut sod for the construction of rural telephony and digital Network at Tarkwa Breman.
The MCE who board a boat before crossing the over flooded River Ankobra to Tarkwa Breman was welcomed by the youth and the entire community.
In addressing the audience at the Chief’s palace, the MCE cited that the network was among the other networks Hon. Lawyer Barbara Oteng Gyesi had fulfilled within the constituency through her lobbying skills.
He mentioned Achiase, Wasa Esikuma, Obengkrom, Nsuta Mbease etc as beneficiaries of such projects and said it is unprecedented in the history of our constituency. He said, the contractor will not use more than a month to complete the work and asked the youth to support the contractor.
The chiefs and the entire Breman community were full of joy that very soon they can be in their rooms and make calls. They used the opportunity to thank Hon Lawyer Barbara Oteng Gyesi and Hon Isaac Dasmani (PhD) for the Network.
In the same vein, the community requested for support to put up a school building for their M/A lower primary and also pleaded for a road diversion due to the over flooding of Rivers hindering their movements to the towns.
