The Prestea Huni Valley Municipal Assembly invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the Supply of 500 No. Dual Desk and 500 No. Mono Desk per the attached Bill of Quantities in the Tender Document
Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Where necessary, sealed quotations will be opened in the presence of Supplier’s Representatives who choose to attend at Tuesday 27th July, 2021 at 11:00 am at the office of Prestea Huni Valley Municipal Assembly Conference Room
It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents:
- Valid Business Registration Certificate
- Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid VAT Registration Certificate
- Valid PPA Registration/Renewal Certificate/Receipt
